    This policy explains how we process the personal data of people who visit this website or contact us through it, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).     2. What data we process

    • Contact form: name, phone, email (optional) and the content of your message, which may include health information if you choose to share it.
    • Phone, email or WhatsApp: the data you give us when you contact us through these channels.
    • Browsing data: only through the cookies you accept. See our Cookie policy.

    3. Purposes and legal basis

    If you become a patient, your clinical data will be processed as part of your medical record in accordance with healthcare legislation. You will receive specific information about this at the clinic.

    We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data beyond what is described in the cookie policy.

    4. How long we keep your data

    • Requests that do not lead to treatment: up to 12 months from our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
    • Patients: for as long as required by healthcare legislation for medical records (at least five years from the end of each care process, under Spanish Law 41/2002, or longer if regional rules require it).
    • Cookies: for the periods indicated in the cookie policy.

    5. Recipients

    We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where required by law (for example, to healthcare authorities or courts). We use the following providers, who process data on our behalf or, where indicated, as independent controllers:

    • Formspree, Inc. (USA): receives the contact form and forwards it to us.
    • Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting.
    • Google (Ireland / USA): email service and, only if you accept the corresponding cookies, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Maps.
    • WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta): if you choose to write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes your data under its own terms as an independent controller.

    6. International transfers

    Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

    7. Your rights

    You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to familydentmalaga@gmail.com or by post to Calle Tejón y Rodríguez, 11, 29008 Málaga, indicating the right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to prove your identity. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

    The contact form may only be used by people aged 14 or over. Appointments for children under 14 must be requested by their parents or legal guardians.

    9. Accuracy and security

    You guarantee that the data you give us is true and up to date. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, taking into account that it may include health information.

    10. Changes to this policy

    We may update this policy to reflect legal or technical changes. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
